Wellington Management Deepens Libeara Collaboration With Tokenised Multi-Sector Income Strategy

SINGAPORE, 4 August 2026 — FundBridge Capital, an MAS-regulated fund manager, and Libeara, a SC Ventures-backed tokenisation platform, today announced the launch of the INCOM tokenised fund. This launch underscores the continued strengthening of the collaboration between Wellington Management, FundBridge and Libeara, following the successful launch of AAAf-rated tokenised U.S. Treasury fund, ULTRA.

Sub-advised by Wellington Management Singapore, one of the world’s largest independent investment firms with over USD 1.35 trillion in assets under management, the strategy focuses on generating income from diverse global fixed income sectors, focusing on investment-grade and high-yield corporates, bank loans, convertibles, securitized assets and government bonds.

“The INCOM strategy is grounded in the belief that income is the important driver of total return over the long run. The strategic collaboration with Libeara and FundBridge is about evolving how we deliver this core investment expertise to institutional clients, utilising public blockchains to provide the transparency and efficiency that modern allocators require,” said Mark Garabedian, Director of Digital Assets and Tokenisation for Wellington Management.

Leveraging Libeara’s technology infrastructure, which is designed to support regulatory and operational requirements, the partners are bringing this strategy on-chain to meet the growing demand from digitally native institutional allocators for regulated products with focus on higher-quality fixed income securities.

“Our mission is to provide the governance and institutional framework that allows leading managers like Wellington to access the next generation of the financial ecosystem. By integrating this income-focused strategy into our tokenised fund structure, we are providing investors with a combination of Wellington’s proven fundamental research and the operational advantages of blockchain technology, while meeting the governance and operational expectations of institutional investors,” added Sue Lynn Lim, CEO of FundBridge Capital.

Libeara’s infrastructure has supported the tokenisation of more than US$1 billion in compliant on-chain assets. The company was granted a Capital Markets Services (CMS) licence for dealing in capital markets products from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in March 2026.

“Following our successful collaboration on ULTRA, tokenising a sophisticated multi-sector strategy is a significant milestone in our commitment to building the institutional-grade infrastructure necessary to bring the world’s most complex financial products on-chain safely and efficiently,” said Aaron Gwak, Founder and CEO of Libeara.
