Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology. You will lead cross-functional efforts to design, build, and scale tokenization products for institutional clients including banks, asset managers, and fintech partners.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle – from ideation and market research to execution and launch
- Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, and commercial teams to develop product specs and delivery timelines
- Interface with enterprise clients to understand requirements, conduct UAT, and prioritize enhancements
- Translate regulatory, compliance, and security requirements into scalable product features
- Drive continuous discovery: stay on top of blockchain, DeFi, and financial infrastructure trends
- Define KPIs, success metrics, and feedback loops to inform product iterations
- Ensure user experience and technical implementation are tightly aligned for platforms with multi-tenant, tokenized assets
- Ensure solutions comply with financial regulations (AML, KYC, MiCA) and data privacy laws
Required experience, skills and qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and digital assets
- Experience working with institutional stakeholders (e.g., banks, regulators, custodians)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to synthesize complex topics
- Comfort with agile methodologies, product discovery, and technical specifications
- Bonus: Knowledge of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-3643)
