  • Help us build technology operations that can scale as the business grows

Support Cloud and Infrastructure Operations

  • Support cloud environments across AWS and/or Azure
  • Assist with network, virtualisation and containerised environments where required
  • Maintain backup, recovery and business continuity processes and periodically test their effectiveness

Operate in a Regulated Fintech Environment

  • Support technology controls aligned with MAS TRM, SOC 2 and ISO 27001
  • Maintain evidence and documentation required for technology risk and security controls
  • Work with Security, Risk, Compliance and external auditors on assessments and remediation

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and the Microsoft security ecosystem
  • Experience managing Windows and macOS environments
  • Good understanding of identity and access management, endpoint security, networking, patching and vulnerability management
  • Exposure to AWS and/or Azure
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation, such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
  • Experience working with security or compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or MAS TRM would be highly advantageous
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to investigate problems independently
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
