FundBridge Capital and Libeara to Launch FACTR, Providing Tokenised Access to BNY Investments’ Dynamic Factor Premia Strategy

FundBridge Capital, a Singapore-licensed fund management company, and Libeara, a tokenisation infrastructure platform backed by SC Ventures, have announced the launch of the Delta Strategic Premia Yield On-Chain Fund (“FACTR”), a new tokenised fund targeting accredited and institutional investors, which invests in BNY Investments’ Dynamic Factor Premia V10 strategy. Libeara provides the tokenisation infrastructure to FACTR, while FundBridge Capital serves as the fund manager.

The launch marks the latest development in a successful partnership between FundBridge Capital and Libeara to bring institutional-grade fund strategies on-chain. This collaboration on a systematic factor-based multi-asset strategy reflects the growing adoption of tokenisation across Asia’s asset management industry, combining the investment expertise of an established global asset manager with the operational efficiency of tokenised distribution.

The strategy aims to achieve a total return in excess of the ICE BofA US 3-Month Treasury Bill Index over an investment horizon of 3 to 5 years with a target volatility of 10% through a multi-asset approach to asset allocation and security selection.

“As market uncertainty persists, investors are increasingly seeking differentiated sources of return across market cycles. Leveraging our proven investment capabilities, we are pleased to provide the underlying diversified, systematic multi-factor strategy and are excited to see FundBridge Capital and Libeara bring it on-chain through FACTR,” said Doni Shamsuddin, Head of Asia Pacific, BNY Investments.

“Our collaboration with Libeara shows how tokenisation can extend on-chain access to institutional-grade strategies such as factor investing without changing the discipline behind them,” said Sue Lynn Lim, CEO of FundBridge Capital.

Enabling tokenised access to the strategy through FACTR streamlines the settlement of subscriptions and redemptions and broadens the investor base. It enables eligible investors who typically do not utilise conventional fund distribution channels, such as digital asset allocators, treasuries, and Web3-native institutions, to access institutional-grade strategies through digital infrastructure.

“Tokenising access to a strategy of this calibre in our partnership with FundBridge Capital shows the direction the industry is heading: FACTR pairs best-in-class asset management with infrastructure that makes participation simpler and more transparent, across both growth and cash management strategies alike,” said Aaron Gwak, Founder and CEO, Libeara.
