He was also CITIC CLSA Securities’ Global Head of Investment Banking, Control Room and Research Compliance, Chief Compliance Officer for MSIM, as well as Head of Control Group at Morgan Stanley for 8 years.

Andrew has over 20 years of experience across Web3, FinTech and TradFi (capital markets and derivatives). Prior to Libeara, he held senior roles at Coinbase, AirWallex and Deutsche Bank. He is a qualified lawyer and started his career at a Magic Circle law firm, Linklaters LLP.

Chairman of the Board and Operating Member Standard Chartered Ventures

Harald is a seasoned venture builder of SC Ventures. He has over 15 years of experience in technology and entrepreneurship across various roles including co-founder and board member of Tetris Ventures as well as Managing Director and Head of Business Consulting at Havas Ekino from 2018 to 2020. His passion lies in building ventures through solving complex industry challenges.

Margaret Harwood-Jones

Global Head, Financing and Securities Services Standard Chartered

Margaret is the Global Head of Financing and Securities Services at Standard Chartered, with 30 years of experience in securities services. She previously held senior roles at BNP Paribas and HSBC. She is Vice Chair of ISSA – Intl Securities Services Association, a Director at Zodia Custody, and a Chartered Individual of the Securities and Investment Institute. Recognized as an industry leader, she received the Global Custodian Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018.

Based in Hong Kong, he joined us from Standard Chartered Bank where he was responsible for the coverage of Financial Sponsors in Asia. He previously served as Managing Director in France, where he oversaw the Financial Institutions Group that made a significant impact at Standard Chartered Europe.

With over three decades of experience in Global Markets, Martin specialises in financial products and structured derivatives. He excels in providing cross-asset solutions, considering both asset and liability perspectives for clients.

Sin leads our client engagement effort. With more than 12 years of experience, he has managed FI & enterprise clients as well as communities of SMEs and ventures during his time with HSBC and KPMG’s Embedded FInance Hub.

Nikolai Kea

DeFi Lead

Nikolai focuses on business development at Libeara. He works closely with institutional partners, ecosystem participants, and clients to support the adoption of tokenised real-world assets. With experience across digital assets, financial services, and venture ecosystems, he bridges traditional finance with emerging on-chain infrastructure.

Henry Loh

Chief Risk Officer

Henry brings deep experience across audit, risk management, and consulting in both traditional banking and the digital assets sector. He previously led risk and internal controls for a consortium of crypto‑related firms, and was previously with PwC Singapore’s banking and capital markets practice, where he played a key role in establishing the digital assets team. He is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore), a certified FRM, and a CIPP/A.

Mandi Tan

Senior Legal Counsel

Mandi serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Libeara, supporting the team on all legal matters. She brings experience across disputes, traditional finance (including funds, asset management, and banking), and digital assets. Previously, she was a Senior Legal Counsel with a Bahraini-licensed wholesale bank, following her role with a Singapore-based consortium of DeFi companies.

Shi Kai Yap

Legal Counsel

Shi Kai joins Libeara as Legal Counsel, supporting the team on all legal matters. He joins from SC Ventures, where he managed corporate governance and operationalisation, M&A/venture funding, and commercial legal operations for over 10 different ventures. He is a Singapore-qualified lawyer with significant experience in corporate and commercial disputes, arbitration and mediation.

Aishvarya Parameswar Iyer

Risk Management and Compliance Intern

Aishvarya joins Libeara as a Risk Management and Compliance Intern, supporting the Legal, Risk and Compliance function. She is in her penultimate year at Nagoya University, and is currently part of the NUS Overseas Colleges Program. A Law and Political Science student, she has previously interned at international law firms and government bodies.

Sneha Barman

Product Lead

With nearly a decade of experience in startups and product management, Sneha brings a wealth of expertise in building platforms for EAMS, Private Banks (WM), Corporates, Omnibus, and Issuance as the former Senior Product Manager at ADDX. She will lead Libeara’s technological roadmap, working closely with our tech vendors and clients to ensure seamless execution of innovative Web3 solutions.

Jace Er

Product Manager

Jace joins Libeara as a Product Manager, leading our product roadmap and coordinating the technology build in close partnership with the BD team and key clients. She brings fintech and digital-asset experience from Alta and Hashstacs, where she worked on exchange and custody platforms, blockchain integration, and tokenisation initiatives with major financial institutions.

Pauline is a Full Stack Developer with experience across full-stack engineering, internal tooling, and AI-driven applications. Previously at KPMG, where she led innovation projects from ideation to deployment, she will support Libeara’s product development across frontend and backend to deliver scalable, intuitive user experiences.

Aishwarya Lakshminarasimhan

Technical Lead

Aishwarya is a Technical Lead with deep expertise in capital markets and private market infrastructure, specialising in architecting systems that connect traditional finance with blockchain technology. Previously, she led technical initiatives at a Singapore-based platform for digital securities and private market tokenisation. At Libeara, she will drive the design and delivery of the platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration with blockchain solutions.

Ashish Nair

Web3 Technical Lead

Ashish is a Web3 Technical Lead with over a decade of experience in blockchain, full-stack development, and product engineering. Most recently at Zilliqa Group, he led multiple Web3 initiatives across both the protocol and application layers. At Libeara, he will focus on smart contract architecture, protocol integration, and backend services, while also mentoring the engineering team and guiding key technical decisions to ensure a secure and scalable platform.

Marvin Carredo

Senior DevOps Engineer

Marvin brings over 20 years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, and systems reliability across both on-premise and cloud environments. He joins us from Olea, where he served as Cloud & DevOps Lead, with a growing focus on DataOps and MLOps. At Libeara, he will be instrumental in enhancing our deployment pipelines and cloud systems to ensure high availability and scalability

A techie at heart, he currently advises government agencies and corporates on enterprise AI deployment for first-to-market opportunities. At Libeara, Samuel advises the Business Development team on asset selection for Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenisation across multiple asset classes, assessing their suitability for on-chain issuance. He is also a Lieutenant Colonel (NS) in the Singapore Armed Forces.
