Job Description
As a smart contract developer, you will work closely with our development team to build and maintain our blockchain-based financial system. You will be responsible for architecting, developing and implementing DeFi focused smart contracts. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in working with cutting-edge technologies and contributing to the growth of a dynamic startup.
Responsibilities
· Provide technical leadership and guidance in blockchain / DLT-related solutions
· Architect, build & maintain DeFi protocols, smart contracts, and tokenization modules
· Complete R&D and feasibility POCs around new DeFi models
· Implement industry best practices for DeFi, DEX, DAO and other protocols, ie EIPs
· Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, security, scalability, and adherence to coding standards
· Collaborate with team members to integrate contracts with front and backend components
Skill Requirements
· Extensive experience in designing and implementing DLT / blockchain solutions
· Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts and tokenization flows
· Strong understanding of security best practices for building enterprise applications
· Experience with Ethereum and Solona ecosystems, DeFi and staking protocols
· Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, JavaScript, Go, or Python
· Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, or Anchor development environments
· Experience with open-source contract libraries, ie OpenZeppelin, Solana Program Library
· Experience with Kubernetes and cloud services, AWS or Azure
· Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD)
